If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. We are happy to accomodate an extension for a gift and/or seasonal purposes.
All shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there is a defect present. Any items returned must be packaged in the original or equivalent packaging materials and be insured for the actual cost of the item.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged piece of pottery, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY via phone or email so that we can file an insurance claim. We will then provide you with further instructions.
